In this session we will apply the “See it. Name it. Do it” framework to coaching leaders. You will be introduced to the Principal Sequence of Action Steps tool to identify a trajectory for developing principals. Through the use of video case studies, you will have multiple opportunities to practice identifying the highest leverage action step for a leader and delivering feedback using the “See it. Name it. Do it.” protocol. Participants must have been trained previously in Relay’s Observation Feedback: See It. Name It. Do It.
