Facilitating weekly data meetings can be complex work: hard to get right and easy to veer off course. If a leader misses the mark, student learning can be compromised, not to mention the culture of the school. During this session, participants will review exemplary video clips of DPS leaders facilitating weekly data meetings, and explore how they cultivate a trusting environment for meaningful and authentic collaboration. Participants will walk away with a renewed vision for what they want their data meetings to look and sound like, and how to foster greater trust with their teachers to make rich collaboration possible.
