Engage in a session dedicated to learning about culturally responsive education in DPS. How do we define culturally responsive teaching in our district, and how do we ensure teachers are consistently providing culturally responsive instruction. Participants will also walk away with strategies to interrupt micro-aggressions when seeing them. Participants will provide written and verbal feedback, describing their experience in the training, input from school leaders will be used to inform changes to the course, to make sure the school leaders are receiving the best form professional learning in regards to CRE.
